Children may only be accommodated in a Family Room. Please do not show up without informing us as we cannot guarantee that your booking will be honoured. No charge is made to the credit card unless you do not follow our cancellation policy and full payment is required upon arrival. Aspen Lodge Backpackers holds a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you were to not show or cancel with in this time you will be charged the total booking. If you cancel before this then there is no charge.
