Terms and Conditions
Check-ins to be completed by 4.00pm unless prior arrangement has been made. All Reservations must be paid in full at the time of making the Booking. Cancellations 7 days or more before the booked date will receive a full refund minus a $15 Administration fee. Cancellations 7 days or less before the booked date will not be refunded. For individual reservations changes can be made 7 days or more before arrival. Please contact us directly via phone or email to arrange your new dates. Group bookings must supply 28 days notice for cancellation or change of dates. The $15 Administration fee will apply to each cancelled booking. No refunds for no-shows early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the property for contravening site rules. Charges will apply for any damage or extra cleaning required.
