A 50% deposit minimum must be paid to confirm booking. For cancellations made more than 14 days in advance the full deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance the deposit will not be refunded. Heavily soiled rooms may attract additional cleaning fees and broken or missing items may need to be paid for.
