ninetysixeast is an ocean front, privately owned heritage listed home, offering non smoking Boutique Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

Guests are met at the airport and driven to their private queen sized, ensuite room with ceiling fans, air conditioning and a tropical outlook. The suite includes TV, radio and free wireless internet, a bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. ninetysixeast is a non self catering accommodation, with several eateries nearby. With a westerly aspect, it is one of the few beach front homes overlooking the reef rock pool, and just 200 metres to the settlement centre. Use of a Cocos Buggy is included for the first 2 days for guests use only. A valid drivers licence and agreement to pay for any accidents and damages is a must. A West Island introductory Buggy tour soon after arrival is available giving guests a quick start to their holiday. Relax with a complimentary cold drink on the evening of arrival, and enjoy a good yarn with the hosts, while watching the sun set over the surf.
