Second Valley Cottages and Lodge are located at the gateway to the historic Second Valley township, directly across the road from the acclaimed Leonards Mill Restaurant.

Second Valley Cottages were originally built in 1852 and now combine this history and significance with stylish modern conveniences. Your retreat includes a luxurious queen size, triple sheeted bed with super soft faux mink blanket for a restful nights sleep. Our Deluxe Cottages feature Nespresso pod machines, with Australian Roasted, Fair Trade -Biodegradable Coffee Pods, a selection of hand blended teas and light continental breakfast daily. Indoor and outdoor seating is available for relaxing and meals. The bigger than minibar size fridge and microwave in each room combined with a communal courtyard kitchen area provide the option for self catering. Second Valley Lodge is built on the hillside overlooking sweeping fields & valleys and the rooms offer standard Motel/Lodge facilities including a comfortable double bed and include a tv, bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle for your convenience. Tree-house like stairs lead you up to your room.

Terms and Conditions

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A cancellation fee equal to the first nights accommodation applies to cancellations between 24 hours and 7 days prior to arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or in the case of a no show. COVID related cancellations are looked at on an individual basis and at the owners discretion.
