Proof of payment of a 50% non refundable deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation within 3 days of receipt of the invoice. Rates include service charges and tax at a total of 15.5% The remaining payment is due a minimum of 30 days in advance of arrival. Failure to make any payment on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic cancellation. When a cancellation occurs, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the deposit paid. If a guest has paid in full then 50% is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.
