Credit card details and deposits are required to secure a booking. We accept Visa or MasterCard. We can also provide a NZ or Cook Islands based bank account to direct credit as a further payment option. All bookings will have 30% of the total booking as a non refundable deposit charged after 24 hours of receiving the booking.30 days prior to arrival the remainder will be charged to the card provided. Amendments & cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 30 days from arrival incur a 30% cancellation fee Cancellations 30 days or less from arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee We highly recommend that guests take out Travel Insurance to cover any unexpected eventualities that might prevent you from travelling. Some insurers provide cover for Covid 19 illness preventing travel. Airport transfers are available at $25 per adult, $15 2 - 12 yrs per transfer payable to the driver. Please advise your flight details so we can schedule your transfers. Air conditioning is available in each apartment at an extra cost per night. In the Villa there is air con in each bedroom and the extra cost is $40 per night. In the pool view room there is air con in one of the two bedrooms and the extra cost is $20 per night. This can be paid for on site. Late check outs may be available to 6.00 pm at 50% of the daily rate for the room & must be pre-arranged. Check out after this time requires another night to be booked and charged so please take this in to account when booking your flights - particularly those that arrive and depart in the early morning.
