All living areas open up through large sliding doors onto the spacious and private balconies provided for your enjoyment of all the superb views over the Wooli river or for just watching the most glorious sun sets as a fishing boat occasionally chugs past. Top units Gone Surfing and Pandanus interconnect for large groups of up to 19 (includes 2 sofa beds in living rooms) Ground floor unit has grab rails in shower and toilet for accessibility. One first floor unit has a small bath for children. FREE on-site kayaks or canoes will enable you to enjoy boating, fishing or just explore the most pristine fishing river in Australia. Terms and Conditions

A one nights deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Currently with Covid uncertainties there is no loss of deposit if cancelation is due to Covid restrictions The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Damage Breakages Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements an extra cleaning fee will be charged to your account. Any BBQ left uncleaned will incur a $50 cleaning fee. Furniture fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. Check-out time is 10am by the latest to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
