ArtHOUSE Terms and Conditions By staying with us you agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please take the time to read this carefully - Please make sure you are clear with our cancellation policy - . Arthouse beachfront cancellation policy Cancellations made thirty days or more before the booking date and time will receive a refund less $50.00 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations made less than thirty days before the booking date and time. For genuine extenuating circumstances, consideration for a refund, partial refund or credit may be made and you may be asked to provide proof of the circumstances for this to be considered. There is a $50 amendment fee for any changes or alterations/cancelations to a booking once the booking has been made. Any alteration to a booking less than 30 days before the arrival date is treaded as a cancellation of the booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund should unforeseen circumstances arise. Covid-19 Policy and Cancellations. All bookings are subject to our standard policy unless government enforced restrictions or boarder closures are in place for the specific travel period booked. In this case, guests will have the opportunity to amend their dates of travel or receive a credit with the $50 amendment fee waived. The owners reserve the right to request the guests to vacate the premises if they are disturbing the peace or acting in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on your booking or agreed to in writing by the management. The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund should unforeseen circumstances arise.
