Located on the north end of the tranquil Mid North Coast of NSW Emerald Beach is a breathtakingly beautiful coastal village positioned near the famous Look-at-me-now Headland just 15 minutes north of Coffs Harbour and 8 minutes south of Woolgoolga surrounded by the Solitary Islands Marine National Park Reserve, and Coffs Coast Regional National Park. For a small village Emerald Beach has a lot to boast about gaining popularity because of its layback friendly relaxed and easy going demeanour. The village has everything, two great restaurants... Surf Street Café, right next door, La Hacienda 101, and Emerald Beach Pizza & Pasta dine in or take-a-way, a general store, bottle shop and hair dressing salon all within 500 metres.
ArtHOUSE Terms and Conditions By staying with us you agree to adhere to our Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please take the time to read this carefully - Please make sure you are clear with our cancellation policy - . Arthouse beachfront cancellation policy Cancellations made thirty days or more before the booking date and time will receive a refund less $50.00 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations made less than thirty days before the booking date and time. For genuine extenuating circumstances, consideration for a refund, partial refund or credit may be made and you may be asked to provide proof of the circumstances for this to be considered. There is a $50 amendment fee for any changes or alterations/cancelations to a booking once the booking has been made. Any alteration to a booking less than 30 days before the arrival date is treaded as a cancellation of the booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund should unforeseen circumstances arise. Covid-19 Policy and Cancellations. All bookings are subject to our standard policy unless government enforced restrictions or boarder closures are in place for the specific travel period booked. In this case, guests will have the opportunity to amend their dates of travel or receive a credit with the $50 amendment fee waived. The owners reserve the right to request the guests to vacate the premises if they are disturbing the peace or acting in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises. The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on your booking or agreed to in writing by the management. The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund should unforeseen circumstances arise. The owners reserve the right to request the guests to vacate the premises if they are disturbing the peace or acting in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises. ArtHOUSE check-in time is 2.00 pm and check out- time is strictly 10.00 am. Charges will apply to guests that do not check-out on time. The keys to your accommodation will be in the key safe at the back door of the apartment and the combination of the safe will be forwarded to you at the time of your booking. There are two sets of keys provided with a marked key to the front and back door on each set. On your departure, please leave both sets of keys back in the key safe. There is a $50 charge for each lost key. Your co-operation in leaving the property clean and tidy is requested and if the property is not left in an acceptable state, a cleaning fee will be charged. Rubbish Rubbish from your stay must be removed from the apartments and placed in the appropriate bins outside and any seafood must be placed in the bins across the road at the beach, or if this is not possible then please bag them up securely and place them in the freezer. Air conditioning must NOT be left on when you are away from your accommodation, and we reserve the right to turn it off at the outdoor unit. If this happens you can turn it back on at the outdoor unit on your return. Air conditioning is supplied to make your stay comfortable but please don’t dial up ridiculous temperatures that overheat or overcool the apartments and waste power. Noise, please do not participate in any noise generating activities between the hours of 10.00pm and 7.00 am, this includes anything that might disturb your neighbours. Noise, that because of it's level, nature, character, or quality, or at the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises is not allowed. After hours call outs which are not considered an emergency may incur a fee ($50 min) which is to be paid by the guest. Please report any breakages, damage, lost keys or anything not working correctly to aid us in having it corrected for the next booking. Furniture should not be moved around the unit and all crockery, cutlery etc should not be removed from the premises. You will be charged for any damage caused from moving furniture. If you find that you can order or upload movies, games or content from our media system and we receive a charge for what you have ordered, then this charge will be passed on to you with an administration fee of $100. Pets and smoking are NOT permitted on the property at any time. We do not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your property. Make sure when you leave that your apartment is locked, leave your vehicle locked and your property secure. Covid-19 Policy and Cancellations. Parking is within the marked areas only, and in front of the corresponding number of your apartment. Only one car per apartment on the property. There is no mechanical or maintenance work to be carried out on any motor vehicle on the property. There is NO charging allowed for electric vehicles and they are not to be plugged into any point on the property. Parties, functions and school leaver bookings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and eviction without a refund and charges for security, cleaning, wear and tear, repairs etc may apply. The price charged is for domestic use only and party accessories are not to be displayed on the property under any circumstances. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, rubbish removal, wear and tear or repairs. Use of the property for this purpose will result in the cancellation of the booking, vacation of the property and additional charges. We accept bookings in good faith; however, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Should an unavoidable maintenance or repair to the property arise, we may have to be given access to your accommodation to allow the rectification. If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fire, storm, damage etc) then you will be advised immediately, and we will endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy. Failing this then all monies will be returned. In general, please treat the property with respect, use the property for what it’s meant for, treat the neighbours with respect, leave the property in a clean and tidy state and please let us know of anything that requires attention.
