Booking Terms and Conditions 1. Bookings Your booking credit card details will be held by us for a period of 14 days after your departure date in a safe password protected system. If you did not use your credit card to book directly with Barossa Grand Retreats, we will ask you for your credit card details upon arrival. You agree that we can use your credit card details to cover and be applied against any damages, replacements or cleaning in accordance with the terms and conditions below. 1.1 Direct Bookings Terms of Payment: Once you have made your booking, your credit card details will be stored in our booking system and 50% deposit (plus additional extras if ordered) will be processed within 24 hours with a receipt emailed to you. The remaining 50% of your payment will be processed 7 days prior to your arrival. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival will need to be paid in full at time of booking. If final payment is not made 7 days prior to the arrival date, we have the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property. Cancellations: Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are entitled to a full refund less a AUD150.00 administration fee. Cancellations notified 60 days or less and more than 30 days prior to the date booked will forfeit 50% of the total booking. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will not be entitled to a refund of monies paid. If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of booked nights no refund will be given. 1.2 Indirect Bookings (e.g. via Booking.com, Airbnb.com, etc) All bookings made are subject to the specific booking platforms terms and conditions, including cancellation policy, outlined at the time of booking.
