By booking at the Shire of Beverley Caravan Park you agree to abide by the following:- TERMS & CONDITIONS - If you cancel your booking with more than 48 hours before arrival, you will receive a full refund of monies paid. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Arrival and departure - Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 10:00am. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out please contact the Shire Office on (08)9646 1200. Early Check-in requires a minimum of 24hrs notice. Booking/Cancellation Policy - All cancellation must be made directly to the Shire of Beverley a minimum of 48 hours prior to date of booking for a full refund. Upon cancellation monies paid will be refunded to clients requested account. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. General - All accommodation fees are to be paid in advance & are not refundable after check-in. Cabin bookings that are made after 3.00pm with the same day check in can not be guaranteed the requested bedding configuration. Council reserves the right to evict any person who fails to obey the park rules. Eviction from the park will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee particular numbered sites during booking. NO Pets in Cabins or Park Facilities NO Smoking in Accommodation or Park Facilities ONE car park per Site/Cabin Please keep your site clean & tidy & use the facilities provided for drying clothes and rubbish disposal. Guests are responsible for their visitors behaviour. Visitor vehicles to be left outside the park. Please ensure all visitors have vacated the park by 10pm unless they have been allocated a booking.
