Candlebark Retreat is a private cosy retreat nestled in a beautiful garden with magnificent bushland and farmland views.

The perfect private peaceful getaway for one or two, offering you the chance to slow down, relax and unwind in a cosy retreat - nestled in the beautiful Beechworth foothills. Indulge in a glass of local wine on the verandah with stunning bushland and farmland views, before heading out to explore the many restaurants, wineries and boutique shops of the district. Or you could just curl up and read a book (we have an extensive library) or go for a wander through the surrounding farmland (we have horses and sheep), and enjoy a bbq on the verandah overlooking our little farm. Come and enjoy a peaceful rural setting, great sunsets, wander through our vineyard...sample our wine, and enjoy the native birdsong all around. We have several fabulous private outdoor settings - including one nestled in our little olive grove with a fabulous bushland view (perfect for dinner) and another nestled in our native garden - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea!
