CBYC is not liable for any damage or injury caused to property or people entering your allocated berth. CCTV coverage is limited to the jetty entrance, vessel berths are not monitored. INSURANCE For a booking to be valid it must be accompanied by the relevant $10M liability insurance Certificate of Currency for the period of your stay emailed to cbyc01@gmail.com CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the commencement, a full refund is provided. A 50% cancellation fee applies to bookings cancelled more than 48 hours, but less 7 days before commencement. No refund is provided if you cancel within 48 hours of the start date.
