Terms and Conditions

PART A - ACCOMMODATION - Up to 2 Rollaway beds or cots can be added, charges apply. Please enquire at the time of booking. - You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to book the accommodation. - No booking is confirmed without the receipt of a deposit and payment of fees when due. - A $500 credit card preauthorisation is required for any additional charges. - Check in is from 2pm, Check out is 10am. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges. - One set of keys for each house is provided at check in. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. - Towels and linen are provided. Pool towels are also provided in the laundry of each home. - Luxury bathroom amenities as well as initial kitchen and laundry supplies are provided for your stay. - A housekeeping service is provided every 3 days. Additional housekeeping services are available on request. - Please ensure the property is left neat and tidy on departure with doors and windows locked, kitchen equipment and dishes should be clean, rubbish removed to the provided bins. RESTRICTIONS - The Hirer is permitted to have visitors in addition to pre-booked accommodation guest numbers. All visitors must vacate by 10pm. Guests or visitors are not permitted to use tents or vehicles of any kind to sleep at the property. - External caterers, suppliers, vendors, or entertainers attending the site must be arranged and approved in advance, with acceptance of our Vendors & Suppliers agreement and evidence of required registrations and insurances. - Council noise restrictions prohibit loud music after 10pm.
