Koorda Caravan Park Terms & Conditions 1. Check in/out a) Check in time – from 11.00 am; b) Check out time – by 10.00 am. 2. Sites and fees a) Site fees must be paid in advance. b) Once the payment of your booking is processed in full, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. c) Long stays – a maximum period of 3 months may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to the Shire directly to discuss. 3. Cancellation Policy We understand that things can change, we are happy to offer a refund provided you are giving more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ before check-in time will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, for cancellations of bookings made online prior to 48 hours of check in, the transaction fee of the payment gateway will be forfeited. 4. General behaviour a) Patrons and their visitors must behave with respect and consideration at all times to each other, in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of others in the Caravan Park. b) Children are to be appropriately supervised by an adult whilst in the Caravan Park at all times. c) Pets are permitted however must remain on leash at all times. It is the owners responsibility to clean up after their pets. d) Quiet time in the Caravan Park is between the hours of 10.00 pm to 6.00 am each day. Patrons must not make any noise that may offend others e) Please note that fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit, after having checked whether any fire bans or fire restrictions apply at the time.
