Because of our intimate size a cancellation affects us significantly. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will make an honest attempt to rebook the room. We will be as sympathetic and as flexible as we can and often will not charge a fee but at times we acknowledge we may have to make an uncomfortable choice. A complete no-show or a 6-hour notification of cancellation will result in 100% charge. We will do our best to rebook your stay, and are understand that life throws curve balls.
