If you cancel within 7 days of arrival no refund of monies paid is applicable. We understand the there are genuine reasons for a cancellation so please contact us directly as exceptions can be made. We are very happy to do airport drop offs or rental car/campervan drop off/pick ups before 8:30am. Drop offs after this time are negotiable. WE DO NOT DO AIRPORT PICK UPS.
