Located only 150 metres from the main street of Tanunda it is an easy walk to restaurants, wineries, cafes and retail shops. Mataro cottage is a fully renovated 1925 cottage offering 2 bedrooms each with full King beds or can be set as Long Singles if required (all linen supplied), Separate lounge room with Leather lounges inc queen sofa bed if required, LED TV and audio system. Stunning full bathroom with second toilet located of the fully equipped laundry. Beautiful open Kitchen with high quality appliances including dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, coffee maker, full compliment of glassware and gas cook top with oven. Separate dinning area overlooking the garden. Heating and cooling catered for by In fireplace combustion heater in lounge room, combustion heater in kitchen and oil coil heaters in all rooms if wood fires are not your thing. Evaporative air-conditioning cooler to all rooms. During winter stays complementary firewood is supplied for your 1st night stay. Outdoors offers a patio area and outdoor seating with Weber flat top gas BBQ provided. Lovely garden with plantings to attract the local bird life. As an additional benefit for guests WiFi is available at no charge. All service changes/cancellations will be subject to a minimum $50 AUD cancellation / administration fee or 10% of total booking amount whichever is greater. Cancellation notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of the deposit / money paid less minimum $50 AUD or 10% of the total booking whichever is the greater. Full payment is due for bookings to be finalised at least 30 days prior to arrival date; failure to arrange payment will result in cancellation of the booking. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival date & where the guest has entered an agreement to make final payment on the day of arrival the guest remains liable for the full payment. Payment will be invoiced to the guest and / or charged to any security held by this service. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit / money paid. When a booking has been made 30 days or less prior to arrival date and cancelled the full deposit / money paid will be forfeited. ON ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE A CREDIT CARD TO BE RECORDED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES (if no credit card you will be required to leave us a one night bond). If extra guests stay besides the number of guests booked on this itinerary the extra payment of $65 per adult per night & $25 per child per night will automatically be processed on the credit card held for security. This credit card will also be charged if any of the following issues are breach. DAMAGES / SMOKING / CLEANING POLICY All services booked through Barossa Short Stays are subject to an accidental / willful damage policy a no smoking policy & an excess cleaning policy. Where the individual services confront interruption to business or unreasonable delay & expense in business operations the responsible guest will be charged accordingly. Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel and coverage of your own personal items.
