By making a booking, you are adhering to our terms & conditions. Regrettably, specific site allocations during booking cannot be guaranteed. Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is 2 pm; Check-out time is 10:00 am. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, kindly contact the Caravan Park Manager at 0429 471 103. Early Check-in necessitates a minimum of 24 hours notice. Booking/Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be directed to the Caravan Park Manager at least 24 hours before the booking date to secure a full refund. Upon cancellation, refunded monies will be directed to the client. No credit or refund will be available in the case of a no-show, early departure or cancellation once checked-in. General: Advance payment of all accommodation fees is mandatory and non-refundable post check-in. The council reserves the right to evict individuals failing to comply with park rules. Eviction will result in the forfeiture of all payments. Regulations: Prohibition of Pets in Cabins or Park Facilities, No Smoking in Accommodation or Park Facilities, one car park allocation per Site/Cabin. Maintain cleanliness on your site and use designated facilities for clothes drying and waste disposal. Guests hold responsibility for their visitors behaviour. Please ensure all visitors vacate by 10 pm, except those with a prior booking. Bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are permissible with mandatory safety gear, restricted after dusk or in communal areas. Noise and Behaviour: Uphold considerate noise levels and behaviour to ensure the enjoyment of all guests and respect for local residents near the park. Before leaving, kindly ensure your cabin is maintained in a clean and orderly state. Wash, dry, and store all dishes, and empty rubbish bins into the designated green waste bins on-site. Any additional cleaning required due to an untidy cabin will incur extra charges.
