Terms and Conditions

Our cancelation or amendment policy is; if a booking is cancelled, a $110 (including GST) cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, a refund may be given if a replacement booking of equal or greater value is secured. If the cancellation is made 15 days or less before the arrival date, the full payment will be forfeited. Making changes to the booking dates will incur a $110 amendment fee and cannot be made less than 15 days before the arrival date. Refunds will also have a $110 administration fee.
